Hello,

Audacity can only open its own project files (AUP). It cannot open CPR files.

You can save WAV files from Cubase for use in Audacity.

Audacity does not support VST instruments or real-time VST's.

There was no need to re-install LAME - that's probably why it broke, because on some machines Apple lock out access to the folder where LAME is installed. To fix it, please follow the instructions to download the "alternative zip download for FFmpeg 0.6.2" on http://manual.audacityteam.org...

Please try using latest Audacity 2.0.4 supplied by us: http://audacityteam.org/download/ .

I have some .aup files and their associated (name)_data folders containing the data. I know these were recorded in either 16-bit sample format or 32-bit-float sample format, but I have forgotten which one. Is there a way to find this out from within Audacity? The log appears to show that you are attempting to open AUP files using File > Import > Audio... .

Try opening the AUP files with File > Open and then attach the log.

2.0.3 has been replaced by 2.0.4. I don't recognise your problem, but perhaps some files got moved out of place inadvertently.
