Audacity doesn't have this kind of automation yet. Perhaps you want to write an AutoHotKey script or something like that.

Re: Unable to imort Italk Isync audio to audacity
LAME is only for exporting MP3 files - Audacity can already import them. What exactly happens when you import the audio files into Audacity? What is the error message? If you like you can download MediaInfo (get the version without installer): http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en/Download/Windows Swi...

Have you been here http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_U ... d/en379411 to get the latest Windows 7 drivers for your Fast Track (click the "USB Interfaces" button). Choose the link for the exact version of Fast Track that you have.

It's better to stop the recording gaps occurring if you can. You may find something here that helps

Re: Can't Get Audio in Playback
In the Realtek/Windows properties I have a choice between Canal 2, 16 bits, 44100 Hz (CD quality) Canal 2, 16 bits, 48000 Hz (DVD quality) Canal 2, 16 bits, 96000 Hz (studio quality) Canal 2, 16 bits, 192000 Hz (studio quality) I normally use 96000 Hz in both Audacity and Windows. I have found that...

Re: Seperate volumes for Stereo Mix input and output
On my Windows 7 machine WASAPI records at a fixed level irrespective of the output level (like SoundLeech). So I can still record even if I turn the Master volume slider down to zero and so cannot hear any audio that is playing. Hmm... that's interesting. I tried SoundLech but it doesn't create any...

Re: Problème d'ouverture d'une musique
There are no errors in the log.
Assuming you see no errors when you open the project, then your audio is silence. This may be because you chose to replace the audio with silence when you opened the project and there were "missing audio block files".

Re: Where is LAME?
It didn't like the FFmpeg thing either, so I took a chance and changed the install location for LAME to the Audacity app folder itself, and everything (including me) is now happy. The burning question, though, is what happened? As I mentioned, I have been doing the same things with Audacity for yea...
Re: m-audio
Audacity should be able to see it as long as its drivers include WDM. On Windows you probably won't be able to record more than two simultaneous input channels unless you compile Audacity with ASIO support, or perhaps unless you are on older Windows like XP. This is based on experience with other M-...
