Clicking in the Timeline to play is a feature.

Click in the blue waveform to place the cursor or selection.

There can only be one </project> tag to close off the <project> tag at the top, so in that case the entire line has to be deleted, which I've done in the attached.

I wouldn't personally. They are two different users with slightly different questions. You could search for similar questions and make them into one topic with the same reasons not to do that.
