Import the exported WAV back into Audacity. If it's silent that's what you need to correct - for example make sure the -....+ gain slider on the Track Control Panel is centred.

If the problem occurs in the CD player, are you sure it is working correctly?

Audacity can export multi-channel audio files if you enable "Use custom mix" in Import / Export Preferences, but it can only play tracks mixed down to stereo.

Audacity can export to MIDI, but only from a MIDI file.

Yes if you are running Windows with the Region and Format set to a country that has Spanish language, Audacity will show you Spanish.
