Re: ALSA Latency

You don't say what playback device you are using, but if it's an external card it may have its own buffer setting. Re: ALSA Latency

I lowered the "Audio to buffer" down to 5ms, and changed the output to dmix in the drop-down menu on the Mixer Toolbar. If both of these options are not set, e.g., lowering the latency but not routing through dmix or vice versa, the latency is too high to do any serious audio editing. Doe...

Re: Panique : "impossible de trouver le répertoire...."

Hi, Tengri. You speak good English. I am just saying that if you have a serious problem you will probably get a faster answer in the main Audacity Help forum. Of course you can post here in French, and repost in the main part of the Forum if you get no answer here. I wasn't sure if it was really com...

Re: Delete and keep other tracks in sync

Now you can SHIFT-click on the Track Control Panels to select the restored region in all the tracks except the bottom one. You will see the Sync-Lock icon is not showing in the bottom track, so that track will not be affected by the deletion. Sorry, I should be completely clear that the only essent...
