I'm archiving this without counting the vote. If the request had been for a setting for Audacity to increase its own priority, which means that Windows handles what that means for other applications, then we could have counted it. AudaciousVinyl can start a fresh topic if they want to vote for that....

I'll give the benefit of the doubt and count a vote for an effects toolbar on Wiki Feature Requests. The request seemed very specific.
