Thanks, we know. However the crash does not occur in debug builds of 2.0.6-alpha on Windows, which makes it hard for a developer to track it down.

Where there can be a very (very very very) small difference, is with a 24 bit sound card on Windows with Audacity as shipped. Due to licensing restrictions, Audacity cannot be shipped with ASIO support, so Windows users must use standard Windows drivers, or build Audacity themselves from the source...
