That can be done now by using an intermediary track. Generate a tone in a new track, and place it above the beat track. Apply Autoduck to the tone track. Then place your synth track above the tone track - adjust the "threshold" level in Autoduck so that it picks up the changes in the tone...

Nevermind, after rechecking my sounds settings I realize that something I had did was not applied or was undone by a program. I had to re turn off my sound effects on my realtech and my voice fixed. Audacity can choose the device to record from, so you have to choose the correct device in Device Toolbar . You can't just press Record and hope for the best. You need to fix the MP3 export. It should not be speed changed. Don't use the Track Drop-Down Menu to change the rate as this changes speed. Use 44100 Hz project rate bottom left.
