If the vocals are not in the centre or have stereo reverb added then you cannot remove them with Vocal Remover. If the audio that is at the wrong time is on a separate track, press F5 to switch to Time Shift Tool then drag the audio to the correct place. Press F1 to go back to Selection Tool.

You don't. It's a feature request. You can create an AutoHotKey or similar script and run that script as a Windows scheduled task set to run on launch of Windows.

Please also be aware of issues with long recordings .
