Not unless you make your own PDF from the HTML Manual at http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/ . We have never found a way to make the HTML image maps in the Manual translate correctly to PDF.

Please post the content from Help > Audio Device Info... so we can see what input choices you have.

If you want to record two channels, set Audacity to "stereo" in the fourth box of Device Toolbar.
