Open Finder. You should see the DMG in the left-hand pane under "Devices". Right-click or control-click over the DMG and eject it, then you can delete it from Trash.

Contrast has a limitation that it cannot analyze stereo tracks. You would need to use the Track Drop-Down Menu to split the stereo track.

The files will import in Audacity tracks one above the next. Then use File > Export Multiple...
