Re: Editing a song with video and Movie Maker
I'm not comfortable sharing the footage shot on the internet. Fair enough, but you could use GMail to send the video to my Gmail address . Use Winzip or 7-Zip to zip the video. If the zipped size is over 25 MB (unlikely for 35 seconds) then you will have to insert it from Google Drive (see the abov...

Re: Uploading a song to a forum
I want a very clear explanation of how to upload songs that I have written to either the Yamaha Keyboard Club website This is the Audacity Forum. We have no connection with http://www.yamaha-club.co.uk/ and we will not answer questions about that site because we simply don't run that site and don't...

Re: Blue Yeti listening while recording
[my blue yeti is not showing up in my playback devices. It only shows up in the recording devices. Does this mean I have a defect because I can't seem to find anything else that could be the problem. Right-click over the speaker icon by the system clock, then choose "Playback Devices". Ri...

Re: Editing a song with video and Movie Maker
As the video (not including the opening and closing credits) ends you can hear a discernible click and then there's a second or two of silence and then the music resumes as the ending credits roll. The "34:78 seconds" is from the instant the opening credits roll through the video through ...

Re: Removing background vocals from Audacity recording?
You still haven't said how you recorded this given Audacity only records one audio device at a time. I suppose you were playing the mics through the headset and recording stereo mix? If so the mics will always be a little late (and differently late on different computers) and both recordings will b...

Re: Edit multiple voice recordings
It sounds to me like you should be starting with your own recorded voice. You can always make funny voices yourself and tweak those to be more amusing using effects.

Re: Editing a song with video and Movie Maker
I haven't removed any steady noise (hiss), but used Clip Fix to guess at and add back (as best it can) the samples lost where the recording is above the 0 dB distortion level. I heard the click at the end of the audio, but I assure you I did not add it, it' s in the original file. Are you saying you...
