Hopefully they change this cause I hate how it "snaps" to the track or tracks above it to align them. Sometimes each recording is off by different amounts of time.

When trying to use the time shift tool when there is a previous track above it that is close in recorded length, instead of allowing the normal very small increments, it jumps to the beginning or end of the previous recorded track (trying to match it up to the previous recorded track).
