I followed the instructions for setting the volume as per pages 20 and 21 of the manual, but when I got to the AUDIO PROPERTIES INTERFACE and under SOUND RECORDING there was no AK5371 in the "drop-down" menu, just SIGMA TEL AUDIO as well as MuCAudio DEVICE's 0-15. I have made my first recording of a 33 1/3 record, which was of Civil War music with bugle calls etc. (Circa 1960) and I could not set the volume level of my recording input. First of all I contacted IT to see if they could offer any suggestions and they had me install Audacity 1.3. I then made the corrections for input and output.
