You cannot save a file in Audacity. If you are happy with the performance, then File > Export As WAV... > and type in a name for your file. That file you can email any time you wish. The Audacity will record.
Now I would like to learn how to save something to a file, then send it on email.
That would be the first help to learn. then build on there.

I can record alright but how do I save it. Then call it back to play.

I have the program of "Audacity" and I can do nothing with it.
I use it to try to talk into this program with microphone. It does nothing.
Maybe someone can tell me how to work it.
