help with selection of tracks - only selects every second
hi, i was just wondering why my audacity program only lets me select every second of one track. it used to be that i could select very small portions (for example, 1/10 of a second) of a track, but now, i can only do it in intervals of every second. it's really bugging me because it's very difficult...
