Thanks but when I go to Edit, there is no preferences drop down box

I have 1.3.3 Beta...but when I export, it dousn't give me any options but says exporting at 320kbps

I while ago I changed the settings to export all files at 320kbps, now I need the files to be smaller and I carnt remember how to change it back. Ive looked through all the preferences but couldn't see anything...
