if it works at all then it should do your book jsut fine especially if you have that magic adapter if you just want one book you could hire someone to do it but is that book really worth it ? might be cheaper to buy another copy on cd if you have several books you love then it might be better to buy...

Ctl+MouseWheel centers the zoom -- in or out -- on wherever the mouse cursor is positioned. in that case i suspect the sound card
but you may have a bad connection to the pc
loose wire inside
or other problem
but in my case it was the sound card on the middle pc
two older ones work fine
newest one not yet set up
