i thought it did that. may be wrong. i set the time on the bottom to frames. get no spikes pops or clicks when i edit. maybe i was lucky.

We assume it stopped recording? ... Koz well that was the msg subject. but many (most) subjects barely relate if at all to the following message. the msg said it recorded. said that was a problem. did not mention stopped recording in the msg. which leaves us to guess or ask for more details.

is the vinyl stereo? if the original were mono you still get mono. perhaps two channels of the same mono but not stereo.

maybe but i don't know any easy way to do that. have you tried to *both* slow down the speed after you raised the pitch? you should be able to slow it down and still be able to hear it okay.

two things here as i read your post. first use the label function to tell where to split the tracks and then export multiple. repeat this for both sides of the cassette. save all the exports in the same folder. then drag and drop the contents of that folder into your cd burnign program (nero roxio e...

I do not have any software for the INPORT device. ..., Stan no software? what did the other guy use to record with? you didn't get any cd with that device? i am not a pc guru, but i thought if you had audio on a usb connection that you needed another driver. best to google for latest one, or maybe ...

if you can record with the INPORT software , then audacity can edit. depending on the drivers audacity may not work with it for recording. but if you poke around the various option setting pages and can find something that lets you select usb as input that could be the cure. do you know the type of ...
