you can find most manuals online virtually all of them for new devices check the docs and wiki here for usb TT set up info export to wav and use a good utility to convert to mp3 if you must too much bass?? you can use the eq function to help that but sounds more like you dont have riaa eq for vinyl ...

but
i do see a wma option on my list at the bottom
so if you selected wav and NOT wma
why would you expect to find a wma file at all ?

try selecting wma when you export

how much free unfragmented disk space do you have left ?
sounds like you filled the disk up which is why you cant start anything new until you clear out some unneeded stuff and defrag the drive
