help me out here i really dont see why you care what audacity calls the track the only thing i care about is what *I* called the track. the only thing that makes it through to nero and my cd are the labels i did -- could your cd software be the issue nero was a pain to get the sequence on cd correct...

i am not an expert on the internals but i cant see amplify having any problem highpass woudl need some ram not sure if anything needs more disk space but more free unfragmented disk is always good but you can select the total track in smaller pieces to apply high pass or any fx if you have to do it ...

of course there are synth type keyboards that can do both
but i still read his question as recording the music not midi
so he can put it on a cd and play it

why not record both sides
into one track and then export
pause, flip the record, unpause.
continue as you did originally
or
record one side
stop
record second side
cut and paste to one track

i didnt see that capability in the reviews but that doesnt mean it cant - just dont see it claimed this thing can work stand alone or can send midi to the pc but it is unclear that it can take midi from the pc and create sound but what the OP wanted was to record the sound from the "piano"...

reviews indicate this thing has midi i/o and headphone output connect the headphone output into the line input on the pc like you did with the vinyl lp preamp outputs and record the same way you really dont want to mess with midi for this effort connecting via the headphone out is the best solution ...

yes you need to combine them properly cut and paste one to end of the other one or time slide 2nd to end of first and then select all to combine else if you just select then export both they will be mixed together read the docs and wiki again - its not that complicated - but it should be (at least c...
