Extract the lame.dll from the downloaded file and put it in the same folder as the "audacity.exe" file (usually something like C:Program FilesAudacity ) To stevethefiddle, I found your reply to spits about the same problem I have. I tried it but Audacity will not allow me to export by MP3. Have gone to another topic elsewhere on forum and found another question on same problem. I am now to try the answer given from there. Thanks for your response.
