What did you mean 300 and up is nearly perfect...I don't have the option of going up that high.

exporting file as an MP3
I'm new to Audacity. I recorded a podcast with Audacity and the sound quality was very good. However, I saved it as an MP3 file. I clicked on the saved MP3 file and the playback sounded like I was talking into a tin can. What am I doing wrong? To export the file, I clicked file, export as an MP3 fil...
