I am rubbing the rim of the glass with my finger to make it vibrate and then recording as soon as i take my finger off. The recording is being made with a regular microphone. I can't paste the screenshot but I think the graph may read that the crest is 485Hz and the trough is around 9000Hz.. I've tr...

measuring frequency of a resonating wineglass
Hi,
I'm doing a physics project where I have to find the specific frequency of a resonating wineglass.
I've tried Analyze > Plot Spectrum, but I'm a little confused as to what it is telling me.
If anyone out there knows anything about physics it would be a great help! Thanks!
