Record from the tv via a jack-jack cable which i'd been doing for the previous 4/5 weeks, and works no problem on my laptop.

Ive been using Audacity for weeks with no problem, but just now when i wana convert something, i use export selection to mp3 files, all it does is create a notepad file, tried with others too, nay good.

Thanks for your help, ive done the audio from tv, i copied some voice clips from the film Superman and transfered it to the Superman theme, remix miestro hehe
