It plays perfectly fine. However, when i plug in my headphones now, the Realtek menu pops up asking what input i would like to use.

No, I'm not atheist. My headphones aren't USB. I just wanted to use them that one time so I wouldn't wake up my roomate. The only options I have in the playback menu is "Realtek HD Audio Output" and "Microsoft Sound Mapper- Output" None of those selections change anything. I was looking through the ...

Recording Error
I didn't have any problems recording when I first installed audacity. Ever since I plugged in some headphones into my computer has it been giving me this error message- "Error while opening sound device.
