Re: MP3's on CD

I have found a solution to my problem of my music playing where I left off when I stop my car and re-start it again. I bought a Wireless FM Transmitter. It has USB/SD/MMC/Slots. I am using a 2GB USB flash drive to hold over 200 mp3's and I like the way it works. It plugs into the cigarette lighter a...

Re: Editing silent gaps

I don't know what is legal or not, I just download the song. In this case changing the song name to something else then changing it back again doesn't seem illegal to me but I've never given it any thought. I hope I'm not getting you into any trouble. ;-)

Re: Editing silent gaps

I originally heard the gap on the MP3 and it was also on the WAV as well. I tried to edit the WAV file but after I saved it and replayed it the gap was still there. This is how I successfully edited it: I edited the gap by deleting the gap and then I saved the file and added a dash one (-1) to the a...

Editing silent gaps

I have a few seconds of a silent gap in my recording and I've tried to edit it out which I did but I am having trouble saving the edited song. What's the fix?

Re: MP3's on CD

I did some research and they make DVD Receivers for cars that fits into a regular stereo slot and plays cd's, dvd's, MP3's and WMA's and they're just less than $30.00.

Re: MP3's on CD

Mainly I want to do what my MP3 player won't do. That is, when I turn my car off when playing a song and start the car again, the cd player will start playing again where it left off. That way I wouldn't have to scroll down to the last played song. My MP3 player wants to start at the beginning and o...

MP3's on CD

When I try to copy my MP3"s to a cd, the powers that be only allow music in a format that doesn't compress the music. That means I can get only about 20 songs on my cd instead of 50 or 60 or more. Is there a program that will allow me to fill-up a cd with MP3 music? I have 216 songs worth 1.14GB. At...

Re: Format Error!

Gale, I have Audacity 1.2 and I like the instructions you gave instead of the downloads. I'm sure the downloads work. I can use Delete as well as Control+X and Edit > Cut. After I cut out a couple of seconds I can then add my two seconds of silence that I like to have before each song. I have that i...
