Can Audacity playback at a slower speed but keep the correct pitch like some guitar slow-down to learn lick tools?

Bummer. I was wanting to use it between my tape recorder and the computer so I can use the little RCA type cable that comes out of the tape recorder. This is a cassette tape btw, not a video. So I guess I need some sort of cable with RCA on one side and the small mike in style connector on the other...

Thanks. Sound recorder doesn't see it either.
I hooked the device up to the usb port and the driver was installed. Any idea what else I can do to get Windows to see it? I've used it before for capturing video with Pinnacle Studio.

My Dazzle input device shows up in device manager but not in Audacity. What do I need to do?
