If you look at the contents of "winterconcert_data" in Windows Explorer what do you see? Are there any files in there called "winterconcert.aup"? If you do decide to switch to 1.3.10 make sure you use the most recent alpha version or a beta version when available; also be aware that you might have a collision between the Window's registry entries from 1.2.6 -- again see my previous reply.
