Re: I have a few questions I want to ask

I think this is a bug that has been fixed for the next version of Audacity. You should be able to press "Return" to "OK" an effect.

Re: problem with Audacity program

If you update to the current version of Audacity (2.3.2), then the File menu is like this: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/file_menu.html

The current version of Audacity is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/

Re: How to *gradually* add reverb?

Also, is/was there a "regular" reverb effect in older versions? Mine has "Gverb". Old versions of Audacity only had GVerb included. GVerb was not actually designed to be a full reverb effect in itself, but rather it was intended as a building block for creating reverb effects. N...

Re: Not recognizing audio from turntable after Catalina Update

That looks OK. Perhaps the recording is just so quiet that it is not visible or audible. Are you able to Amplify the recording?(https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/amplify.html)

Re: Files Missing

When you save an Audacity project, both the ".aup" file and it's associated "_data" folder are saved to the location that you choose. The file and folder both take the name that you specify, for example, if you save a project as "mymusic", then there will be a project f...

Re: Files Missing

There are two parts to an Audacity project. There is the ".aup" file, and a "_data" folder. Both parts are required. If you have moved the .aup file, you need to move it back with the _data folder. If you have deleted the _data folder, you need to rescue it from your recycle bin....
