This plug-in should really be updated to a "version 4" plug-in, but in the meantime, here's a version that should work in all 2.x versions of Audacity:

Adjusting the sliders has no effect on the audio, unless the reverse button is pressed.

This has now been fixed, and will be available in the next Release Candidate (RC2).

When you were using Team Viewer, did Team Viewer have control of your sound system?
