OK, then please provide step by step instructions for how to reproduce the issue. Given that there are millions of Audacity users, I'm surprised that this is causing so much trouble for you.

I think the problem Is the point between 12 and 246.
It doesn't ready It as a comma, but as a point.

The "decimal separator" should automatically display as a comma or as dot, according to whichever is native for the language settings.
What language is Audacity set to?
