*** BUG ***
Is that actually part of the output in the terminal, or is that a comment that you added?

both Nyquist Plug-in Installer and Nyquist Prompt are enabled.
Do you see the Nyquist Plug-in Installer in the Tools menu?

Is it possible to rollback to 2.3.2?
Sure, just download the EXE installer from here: https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-old.html
and install it over the 2.3.3 version.

Re: Recording other than at the end of the file

Audible I assume that you mean "Audacity". If I want to add material at the beginning or somewhere in the middle, is there any way of starting recording there? Yes, but you have to do it on another audio track as Audacity does not allow you to record over existing audio. To start recordin...

Re: Request: Bit-depth Interpolation

I don't think that is possible for anything other than extremely low frequencies. If this wasn't the case, then CD's could have been made with 8-bit audio data, which would double the capacity, and we could simply process the audio to eliminate the quantization noise by interpolating 16-bit values ...

Re: Audio making crackling sounds when I record

I tried from sample rate 44100 with Buffer Size 64, to 48000 with buffer size 64 etc. Is that in Audacity's "Preferences" settings? If so, the default buffer size is 100 ms. Smaller buffers are more likely to result in skips and crackles, so it may be that you have set the buffer too smal...

Re: MMB or RMB drag should drag/scroll left and right

Are you all aware that you can scroll with "Shift + Mouse Wheel". (Mouse wheel on it's own to scroll vertically if you have multiple tracks). Also you "pan around inside the timeline" by left clicking on the horizontal scroll bar and dragging the scroll bar. (Use the vertical scr...

Did you update an earlier version of Audacity?
Did you have FFmpeg installed for Audacity?
