Please post a screenshot of the full project that has the problem. Ensure that the screenshot is sufficiently high resolution that we can read the interface text.

Look in the Windows Sound Settings and ensure that the Behringer USB recording device is set to "2 channels (stereo)".
Windows will frequently set USB devices to mono by default.
