Re: Filter Curve Complaint

Correct me, but curve management is already fried for other reasons. You're right. "Import" and "Export" are not functional. In my opinion this is a far more serious "bug" than not showing the preset name in the main interface, so should that be logged as "P negat...

Re: Filter Curve Complaint

This [displaying the preset name in all effects] would be ideal - but necessarily mandatory - doing for the bew equalization effects would be a good start .. I disagree with making it a "special case" for this one effect. The "manage / preset" code is common to all effects, both...

Re: Filter Curve Complaint

Re: ]]LOST MY BATCH FLAC TO WAV CONVERSION CAPABILITY

The "Import" command imports into the current project.
The "Open" command opens a new project.

For "batch" processing, use a "Macro" https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/macros.html
(previously called "Chains").

I don't think there is any direct way. Why do you need to?

Re: Filter Curve Complaint

This is a factory-baked curve. Which one is it? Sure looks like "Low rolloff for speech". The display should say somewhere with no other work on my part. How did you get that curve? I'm guessing that you selected "Low rolloff for speech" from the Factory Presets. I'd go further ...
