You can add new tracks: "Tracks menu > Add New > ..."
You can join two mono tracks to create a 2 channel (stereo) track: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/spl ... racks.html

You can generate sine tones and square wave tones with the "Tone" generator: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tone.html

For a stereo track, you can execute a 'diff' command, by inverting one channel and then mixing the two channels. I don't know of any way to transpose that to a multi-track recording in a meaningful way. I don't think that any simple "algebraic" operation will give meaningful results.

How can you have less than "no echo" ? Isn't that like having less than no oranges?
