Re: Mac OS 10.15.2

Re: Editing Six 24 bit wave tracks imported from Zoom H6

Audacity does not have a fixed limit on the number of tacks. The number of tracks is limited only by the capabilities of the computer that it is running on. The bigger the Audacity project, the more disk space you need. More track increase the load on the CPU when playing / recording. As the number ...

Unfortunately that doesn't tell me anything.
I don't know enough about OpenSuse to be much help. I think your best bet is from the OpenSuse people: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Bug_reporting_FAQ

Re: Macro selection help for crossfading multiple audio clips

You will need to do some troubleshooting - it works for me, and I've even tried on the old Audacity 2.3.2 :? In the Macro Editor, build the script up one line at a time, and test. First test: SelectAll: TruncateSilence:Action="Truncate Detected Silence" Compress="50" Independent=...

No problem, you're not expected to know.
My comment in the second paragraph was to deter others from jumping in on this topic with adverts / spam.
