Plug your headphones into the scarlett solo.
Turn off "Software Playthrough" in Audacity.
Set Audacity to use the scarlett solo for recording and playback in the Device Toolbar.

(You may need to adjust the monitor switch and monitor level knob on the scarlett solo.)

Try changing the names: .../Shahrazad/Albhey Longo 20 gen copia.aup to .../Shahrazad/Albhey Longo 20 gen.aup ...

I don't have a 5.1 sound card, and I've never used one. I suggest that you experiment.

That sounds like you have accidentally enabled "Sound Activated Recording". Turn that off in "Transport menu > Transport options".

/Users/giorgioaboumrad/Cartelle/Creazioni/Shahrazad/Albhey Longo 20 gen_data

Please attach the project ".aup" file for us to look at.

What are you trying to record?
What equipment are you using?
