Seems like it's time for you to start making your own Nyquist generator plug-ins.

If Audacity is still open, use "Undo" (Ctrl + Z) repeatedly until you get back to the first project, then save it with "Save Project As" (and give it a new name).

If Audacity has been closed, then unfortunately the first project is gone and lost forever, unless you have a backup.
