Re: Nyquist returned the value: 1

It appears that the file "vocalrediso.ny" is damaged in some way.
You could try trashing your current version of Audacity and re-installing.

Re: current version causing problems

Re: Problem with USB Microphone and Laptop recording

I am using the USB cable provided with the Microphone, It may be worth trying a better quality USB lead if you have one. Some USB leads have one or two "ferrite beads" which can help to reduce the noise from USB power. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/73/Cable_end.JP...

Not finding the link to the specific plug-in however.
The download link is in the first post of the topic. I think this link should take you directly to the post: viewtopic.php?p=155621#p155621

What I'm looking for is a way to make certain that the new tempo is changing exactly when it needs to change and not a liiiitle bit before or a liiiitle bit after...
That's why I suggested the "BPM Labels" plug-in. It places labels at exactly the specified tempo.

Are there any Audacity music files that quickly load?
This is a 3 second rising pitch tone. It should load virtually instantly, assuming that Audacity is already running:
