The latency correction settings are at the bottom of:
"Edit menu > Preferences> Devices"

Works fine for me. The pitch may be more obvious with some sounds than others.

Could you add selection tab for Nyquist prompt where you can select different Nyquist scripts?

If you use the same scripts regularly, I'd recommend that you turn them into plug-ins and install them.
For scripts that you only use occasionally, you can select them with the "Load" button.
