Are you able to export to your Desktop as a WAV file?

Audacity is primarily an "audio" recording and editing application. It has minimal support for MIDI. You need to use an app that has more MIDI editing features, such as MuseScore, Cakewalk, or similar.

When using Export Multiple based on tracks, ensure that any tracks with leading empty space have a bit of "Silence" at the beginning of the track (https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/silence.html)

Unless they have been moved, deleted, or renamed, they will be in the same folder as the .aup file.
