Did you install both the 2.3.2 version, and the 2.3.3 version using the Audacity installer (The "EXE" version rather than the ".ZIP" version)?
Did you install either of them to a custom location?

Ensure that the Windows sample rate settings for the recording device and playback are both set to 44100 (In the Windows sound settings)

The "Insert" connectors on the back of the Behringer umc204hd are not normal inputs. They are for connecting additional hardware effects such as compressors. Use the inputs on the front with 1/4" Jack plugs.

The "Filter Curve" effect does not have a factory preset called "100 hz rumble fix". Are you perhaps thinking of the "Low rolloff for speech" preset? If so, you will find that in the "Factory Presets" (Click the "Manage" button).

That's correct.
