"/ snap /audacity/599/usr/share/audacity" and "/snap/audacity/current/usr/share/audacity". This is the first mention of it being a snap package. That will be the problem. Snap packages run in a "sandboxed" environment which, for security reasons, limits the application...

When i delete the span of ① I'm not sure what you mean by "the span of ①". If you want to only delete "label ①" without affecting "label ②", Click in the label's text area and press "Del" (or "backspace"). For more information, see: https://manual.a...

Which Desktop do you have? (Gnome, KDE, Xfce, ...) Do you have "pavucontrol" installed? (PulseAudio Volume Control). If not, then I'd suggest that you install it. In a Terminal window, enter: alsamixer You will see something like this: alsamixer.png What does it say the "Card" is...
