I would prefer it start at 0:00 if I had to give up on starting where I clicked. It would make for a shorter recording.
A possible solution would be:
1) Export your labels.
2) Start a new, empty Audacity project
3) Do your Timer Record in the new, empty project.
4) Import the labels.

could you be so kind and post the screenshot of the window with the library path of the plug-ins where a CALF plug in appears?
calf.so and calf.la are in /usr/lib/calf/
There is also a load of stuff in /usr/share/calf/

Have you tested to see if Ardour can load the calf plug-ins?

OK, but can I use instead classical filters too, or not?
If it is accessible, then yes you could use Classic Filter (I've not used it in a long time, and I don't know how accessible it is)

Check that the "playback" device is set to a valid device: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/device_toolbar.html
Also check that in the "Windows Sound" settings, both the EZCAP and your playback device are set to use a sample rate of 44100.

Re: Aup file doesn´t find tracks of data folder

Do you still have the ZIP file?
If so, please try again unzipping the file and opening the AUP with Audacity. Make a note of all messages that Audacity pops up.

You have to install RMS Normalize.
Just a quick "heads up". The next release (Audacity 2.4.0) will include an effect that can do RMS Normalizing (and "loudness normalizing"). The new effect will be a "built in" effect rather than a Nyquist effect.

Re: Timer Record is not starting where it should in the timeline.

How did I do what? I'm guessing that you created a project containing two label tracks, in which you added labels according to the BBC radio guide for the weekend, then saved the project. You then selected the 3:00 label and scheduled a timer record to start at 3:00. The first image is a project th...

Re: Cannot save files

neglected to mention that particular machine still has XP on it. Yes that makes a difference. We no longer support XP. The final version of Audacity that would run on XP was 2.1.3, but only if XP is fully updated with SP3 and the computer has SSE2. If your computer has updates missing, then you pro...

I'd love to be able to set a hard endpoint that it wouldnt move past
Why? What are you trying to do? Why is the absence on a hard end point a problem?
