I searched this ~/Library/Application Support/audacity/SessionData and got nothing.
It looks like Audacity is not actually installed.

Re: selecting a portion of audio

I'm finished mixing and want to delete the count down. But i cannot seem to select all tracks from 00 to the end of the count down. Do you mean that you want to delete the first few seconds in all tracks? If so: Select the part to be deleted in one track "Select menu > Tracks > In All Tracks (...

Re: all I have is the autosave file Audacity

If the autosave file is usable, Audacity will automatically restore the project when Audacity is restarted. If automatic recovery of the project fails, then recovery of the project is probably impossible. I have attempted on multiple occasions to recover projects after automatic recovery has failed,...

Re: Audacity Logo Redesign

Any move to HTML5 is a long way off, and any framework used is likely to be heavily modified to meet requirements. Many of the tools that will be required do not exist yet.

Re: Jumping to a specific Label

What I would do is the zoom out (https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/zooming.html) using "Ctrl + Mouse wheel" so that I can see the label (and if necessary, drag the bottom edge of the label track down to make the track taller). Then click in the label that I want.
