When I look at it with Audacity I notice that at the end of the song where it should be cut, the sound is nearly flat but not fully flat, it remains a very very tiny sound such as a tiny breath. This is why track is not cut automatically while streaming music. I guess that's the way it was recorded...

If you frequently want a "bell curve", you could add one to the Adjustable Fade effect. You would need to add a bell curve function, and an option in the "Fade Type" dropdown list. The "Start / End" controls in this case would used as "Ends / Middle".

The developers want (eventually) to make the menus fully customizable, so that you can sort the effects whichever way suits you. FWIW, resetting preferences would have turned off Software Playthrough (Software Playthrough is off by default).
