Audio device info allows you to save the info as a text file. Please do that, then attach the file to your reply so that I can see the full info.

I'd suggest that for now, you stick with whatever deb version is available through your package manager. Where are your headphones plugged in?

Is you bass plugged directly into the BandLab (DI'd)?
