Re: Не работаю эффекты в версии 2.4.1
The "Panda Jim / ubuntuhandbook1" PPA build of Audacity appears to be incomplete. If you are using that PPA, please report the problem to the PPA maintainer and revert back to the official Ubuntu release of Audacity. Google Translate: Перевод от Гугла: Компоновка Audacity для Panda Jim / u...

Re: Exported tracks reverting back to original state when first recorded.
Did this go any further? It appears not. This exactly what I just registered to ask Given that the original question is lacking detail and not entirely clear, I'd suggest that you start a new topic and provide full details of your set-up, what you are trying to do, what the precise problem is, and ...

Is my assumption correct? Probably yes, though one thing to keep in mind: The clippi...

Re: remove unwanted sound hidden in vocal
my vocal lyric is "billie jean...not my love"...the mouse click sound is within the "my" word. How do i remove it? You probably can't, though it may be possible to reduce it. If you post that short sample as a WAV file , we can take a look to see what, if anything, can be done.

Re: Option for Zoom Focus: Selection or Always Mouse
I feel like if I reply about this any further, I'd pass off as whining, :D "User experience" is, by definition, highly subjective. We try to take on board everyone's feedback, and then make the sometimes hard design decisions. Options and preference settings are certainly one way to deal ...

Re: Reset the 'Reset'
or 'Reset to default' It means "Reset to factory default settings". Even "Reset to default" could be seen to be a bit ambiguous - "my defaults" or "factory defaults". To be even more precise, resetting to defaults actually means "delete and recreate the ...

Re: Audacity 2.4.1 DOESN'T WORK in Linux Mint 19.3
I got the Audacity 2.2.1 version installed that works just fine for me so... It's solved. Super :) For anyone else reading this, a slightly easier solution would have been: 1) Uninstall audacity and audacity-data 2) Remove the check mark from the PPA 3) Refresh the list of available packages 4) Ins...
