If you select the correct recording input in the Windows Mixer, and have the correct audio device set for recording and playback in "Edit->Preferences->Audio I/O", then it will probably still work ok.

Grab the LADSPA plugins (You will find a link on the Audacity website)
There's a couple of reverbs available including Gverb which most people seem to use.

You need to split the track into sections first, then you can move the sections as you like.
I find v.1.3.4 much better than 1.2.6 for doing this kind of thing.

can u at least recommend a good program to separate the sound from the video that will save the audio file as WAV. I think I can separate the narrator's voice from the background music if there are two different channels (using Audacity). You probably need a video editing program. and you will cert...

That's basically it. The one other thing to consider though, is that some recorders export tracks that all start at the beginning of the song (time=0 seconds) but other recorders just export the part that has actually been recorded. In the latter case it can be difficult to get all of your tracks to...

In Windows Mixer, make sure that you have the actual input that you are using selected as the recording source. For example, if you have a guitar plugged into the "Line in" jack socket of your sound card, then "Line" must be selected as the recording source in the Windows Mixer (...
